What are the Battle.tech passes?
Battle.tech Passes are how your followers can take part in you as a player. When someone buys your pass, they get to be with you as you grow and get better. As a player or team, when your audience is buying or selling your pass, you get 5% of that sale price. So if your pass is $10, you get $.50. This also works when someone sells your pass too.
When someone buys your pass, the cost of the next pass costs more - this goes up according to a bonding curve. When someone sells a pass the next pass someone would buy would cost less.
So for example, if your passes amount to $10k in trading volume (both buying and selling) - you'd make $500 in fees that now sit in your wallet.
Are there any fees for buying or selling passes on Battle.tech?
Every transaction on Battle.tech has a 10% fee. This is how it's shared: 5% goes straight to the pass owner, 4% fuels our platform's growth, and 1% is a thank-you to the referrer. It's our way of ensuring everyone in the ecosystem benefits.
How does the Battle.tech referral system work?
Got friends who love gaming? Bring them onboard with your custom referral link. Once they join Battle.tech using your link, you'll earn 1% from all their future trading fees – forever! So make sure to invite that one friend who always beats you.
What are team passes and how do they work?
Team passes take the game a level up. Instead of supporting individual players, you can back an entire team. This gives you a chance to either back specific players that are up and coming, or find a team you want to support. Or do both!
Are there any fees for using my Owned wallet or making transactions on Battle.tech?
For now, standard gas fees apply to all your transactions. We're building on Avax for low fees and speedy transactions. Plus, a future of gasless transactions is on the horizon!
